Shanghai Smile Precision Ceramics Co., Ltd(SSFC) was founded in 1992, is one of the few manufacturers which can independently finish the whole process from making materials to precision machining. Meanwhile, it is also one of the earliest high-tech enterprises in Shanghai. We are customer-oriented and keep improving. We have been focusing on precision ceramic field and delicating ourselves to researching, developing, innovating, manufacturing and selling the precision ceramic products made from various oxides. Our products are widely applied in many special use of the high-tech fields such as bio-medicine, auto, Led, semiconductor, solar electronics, textile and chemical industry. Our final goal is to apply modern precision ceramic to daily life and create sustainable shared value for everyone.
SSFC is headquartered in Shanghai, China. Its production basement is located in Dongtai economic development zone with 45,000 m2 in land area and 15,000m2 in floor area. Different from traditional factories, our production base is built for the vision of long-term sustainable development, including reasonable mass producing layout, humane working environment, advanced mechanisms, professional measuring chamber, systematic production process and management. Our area of expertise is offering customized service and building a high productivity and efficient organization by our skilled and experienced production team. Both Shanghai Smile company and Dongtai Smile's new material technology company have successfully acquired ISO9001, ISO14001and IATF16949. We strictly comply with early stage control, process control, result control and improvement stage control. We control every process via these four points. Our measuring chamber owns advanced test equipment to make sure delivery goods completely meet the requirements of clients.
